When to Come to Seville

See the weather in Seville with 14 day forecast. It's in Spanish but simple to follow!

The best times for visiting Seville are in the spring and the autumn, when temperatures are neither too high nor too low. Quite often there can be big variations in temperature, from relatively cool at night to quite high from midday onwards.

Summer is normally VERY hot, on occasions with thermometers reaching 45 degrees! Mind you, this does have its benefits. Firstly the city is very quiet, as many of the locals take their holidays and escape to the coast, and for tourists it's low season. Because of this, fantastic bargains can be found in the city's hotels, giving you the chance to stay in some of the incredible older buildings for a fraction of the normal price. Also, many people from countries such as the United Kingdom will never have experienced heat like this, and so we can recommend a day or two here, especially if you have booked somewhere on the beautiful Atlantic coast as well, an hour from the city. The provisos are though that you do your visits early in the morning, that you take siesta in the afternoon as the Spanish do, and that you drink LOTS of water. Be prepared to eat late as well, as temperatures can be very high still at around 8pm.

Winter exists but is nothing compared to northern Europe, although night-time temperatures can drop significantly.
