This huge country estate has been in the same family for years, and we give you the chance to learn about the various aspects of Andalucían farming, and answer questions like why you find sweet oranges in the country and bitter ones in the city. It also has ruins from Roman times, which have been linked to the important nearby city of Italica, founded after the final defeat of Hannibal. On arriving you will have a special treat, the chance to cook your own lunch! We will show you how to make a traditional Paella, and then you will sit in the beautiful surroundings and enjoy the fruits of your labour! After this we take you on a tour of the estate by van, mountain bike or by horse where you will learn about a life that has changed little in the last century.
