Payment is to be made in Euros. We reserve the right to ask for a deposit, normally for personalised tours or orders of 250 euros or more. Deposit is normally 20% on order with the balance payable on or before the day of the tour

We accept credit cards for deposits and final payments. Payments can only be made via the link to PayPal on our website, please note that we will add 5% plus IVA (the Spanish equivalent of VAT) tax to cover PayPal's charges.

If for any reason a tour has to be cancelled, we will offer an alternative date. If the customer cannot make this date there will be no charge made

Where a customer cancels a booked tour in a mixed group, we reserve the right to make a 20% cancellation charge to cover the work done in preparation

Where a customer cancels a booked personalised tour more than 24 hours before the service, we will make a cancellation charge of 20% of the full price, between 12-24 hours before the service, 50% and less than 12 hours before, 100% of the full price.

Prices do not include accommodation, food, drink, transportation, entrance fees etc. They include mantime only for Really Discover staff only to deliver the services advertised

Really Discover SL shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any customer in connection with terrorist activities, social, or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, criminal acts or abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside of our control

It is recommended that all customers should have their own personal travel insurance

Bookings can only be taken for people under 18 years of age if they are accompanied by an adult who will be responsible for them
