Following on the success of our walking and monument tours in Seville, we now offer tours of Granada, the other major centre of tourism in Andalucia.

The Granada tour is a morning walking tour that covers aspects of both the glorious Moorish history and the reign of the Catholic Kings. Passing through Plaza Nueva we climb up to the Albaicin through windy narrow streets alonside the river, visiting an old "Carmen" house built for their views of the Alhambra. We take you to the lookout point of San Nicolas with probably the finest view of the Alhambra, passing the Mezquita (mosque) Almohade before descending to the centre where we find the Cathedral, Royal Chapel, ancient Arabic market......

Please remember that unlke Seville, Granada is very hilly so one should be in reasonable physical shape for the Granada tour - we do a proper tour of the wonderful Albaicin rather than just stop at the foothills as others tend to do.
