Seville is a safe city, but as with anywhere in the world, things can go wrong. And if they do, we want you to have the peace of mind that we can help you resolve the issue. For example, a customer recently managed to lock the ignition key in their car. Following a short telephone conversation with the car-hire company, we had a technician on-site within 30 minutes who solved the problem. The receptionist spoke some English but we are certain that both the telephone call and resolution were much quicker because they were done in Spanish.

And its not always a question of an emergency, sometimes our assistance simply makes your experience better. After tapas one evening recently, a customer needed a taxi to their hotel. Every taxi was busy so the guide asked some locals where we should go to find a taxi. They gave us a telephone number then left, but a couple of minutes later there was a shout from across the road - they had flagged down a cab for us!

You will find here in Seville that you can get by with English in a supermarket or in a tourist restaurant, but anything else can be very difficult - the level of English spoken is not normally very high. The other day we helped two English people sort out a disconnection in the water supply in their rented apartment - nobody in the water company office spoke any English. We use our knowledge of the city, our contacts and out translation abilities to make the resolution process as simple for you as we can.
