Some positions are part-time, which is ideal for people with other part time work or who are studying, others are for full time official guides.

The characterisitcs that we typically look for are:-

• Passionate about Andalucia, its people and its culture
• Fluency in Spanish
• Fluency or very high level of English (other languages beneficial)
• Enjoy working with the public
• Authentic, genuine
• Travel experience in other countries
• Minimum of 3 years living in Andalucia
• Native of Andalucia preferred
• Minimum age 22
• Possessing or studying for a degree or Masters

• Prepare own itineries (in conjunction with the manager) and write up the program. 
• Maintain e-mail contact with customers before their visit
• Conduct introductory evenings
• Lead tours
• Deal with customer issues via the emergency help program
• Carry out continuous research to add new tour elements
• Be current on all local events
