The following booking conditions apply

1. Payment is to be made in Euros. For customers purchasing one service, the full amount is payable at the end of that service. Where customers purchase more than one service, 50% is payable when we meet and the balance when we finish the last service. We reserve the right to ask for a deposit, normally for personalised tours or orders of 250 euros or more.
2. We accept credit cards for the payment for personalised tours, and for deposits
3. Prices shown include IVA, the Spanish equivalent of VAT, unless otherwise stated
4. If for any reason a tour has to be cancelled, we will offer an alternative date.  If the customer cannot make this date there will be no charge made
5. Where a customer cancels a booked tour in a mixed group, we reserve the right to make a 20% cancellation charge to cover the work done in preparation
6. Where a customer cancels a booked personalised tour more than 24 hours before the service, we will make a cancellation charge of 20% of the full price, between 12-24 hours before the service, 50% and less than 12 hours before, 100% of the full price.
7. Prices do not include accommodation, food, drink, transportation, entrance fees etc.  They include mantime only for Really Discover staff only to deliver the services advertised
8. Really Discover SL shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any customer in connection with terrorist activities, social, or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, criminal acts or abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside of our control
9. It is recommended that all customers should have their own personal travel insurance
10. Bookings can only be taken for people under 18 years of age if they are accompanied by an adult who will be responsible for them
