Staff Charter Print E-mail

We developed our own Staff Charter because our staff are our most important asset and their happiness at work translates into the best service delivery to our customers. Spain is not renown for its high level of management capability, especially in the south, which has translated into apathy amongst the employees in many companies. We apply the best practices and want to be different to the rest. The base of our business is the respect for and love of the culture in Spain, and we feel a social responsibility to add value to the community through a business that supports this.

This is our Staff Charter:-

  • We treat our staff in the same way as we treat our customers, with respect and with a desire to offer great experiences
  • We actively encourage our staff to contribute towards the direction and running of the business, through a flat management structure that encourages communication and innovation
  • We encourage more mature students to join the company, helping them to fund their courses in return for them applying the knowledge from their studies
  • We aim to offer equal opportunities for men and women in the company. Men still have the upper hand in the employment market, so we use services such as university support service (SACU) that helps to provide equal opportunities for women trying to enter into the labour market
  • We adopt management standards that create a company where people really do want to work for and with us
  • We pay market rate wages, and we reward for good performance
  • We educate our staff, especially helping them constantly improve their already good standard of English
