If you need help with planning your visit or have any questions or concerns before you come to Seville, you may email your contact and we will do our best to answer your questions. And if it is something we can't answer, we will investigate and find the person who can, then get back to you.  This serive has been of great use to people coming to Spain from far away destinations such as the USA, and can make the difference between a successful or disappointing visit.

An example will help to demonstrate the benefit of this service. A group of people recently went to Córdoba for a weekend and reserved a hotel in what they thought was the best location, in the centre. They booked the hotel via the Internet and were delighted when they arrived, and continued to be so until the next morning when the bells from the Cathedral next door woke them up at 8am! Of course not everyone would consider 8am an early start, but this example highlights the individual nature of this service - we can provide guidance based on YOUR needs. 

Our service doesn't include making bookings, for example of hotels, flights etc as we recognise that there are a plethora of established websites dedicated to this.
