Really Discover is all about its people, and so we have a company with a fun and professional working environment that attracts and retains the best. We look for characteristics in people that are not necessarily common in other businesses. Number one is passion, passion for people, passion for sharing experiences with people, and of course passion for Seville, Granada and Andalucia (and we hope our customer feedback demonstrates this). Languages are also important, especially English, as is understanding customers from other countries, so we actively search for people who have travelled or worked in these countries.

In other countries it is commonplace to find younger people working in tourism and we will be adopting this approach here in Spain for our tapas tours, customer service etc. Tours of monuments are carried out by official guides, for example the Cathedral in Seville, the Alhambra in Granada. A benefit of our approach is that language skills are much stronger amongst the younger generation, particularly in the south of Spain, in Andalucía. All staff will have a degree or be studying for it, many within the arts disciplines such as History, Art History and Anthropology (study of Spanish customs and fiestas).
